JEFFREY McMAHON
President and Chief Executive Officer
Enron Industrial Markets

Jeffrey McMahon is president and chief executive officer of Enron Industrial Markets, the entity that is responsible for Enron's pulp and paper, lumber and steel businesses. Mr. McMahon is also a member of Enron's Executive Committee.

Mr. McMahon joined Enron in 1994 and spent three years in the London office as chief financial officer for Enron's European operations. Upon repatriation to the United States, Mr. McMahon was executive vice president of finance and treasurer for Enron Corp. In this role, Mr. McMahon was responsible for all of Enron's corporate finance activities worldwide. Prior to his current role, Mr. McMahon was president and chief operating officer of Enron Net Works where he had responsibility for Enron's e-Commerce activities.

Before joining Enron, Mr. McMahon served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of MG Natural Gas Corp. in Houston from 1989 to 1994. In this capacity, Mr. McMahon was responsible for all financial aspects of this medium sized natural gas marketing and finance company.

Mr. McMahon began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co in Houston where he held the position of audit manager in the company's Energy Division. Mr. McMahon's clients included integrated energy companies and commodity trading companies specializing in energy products.

Mr. McMahon has a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Richmond in Virginia. He is a Certified Public Accountant, SFA registered and is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants, Texas Society of Public Accountants and Association of Corporate Treasurers.
