REBECCA A. McDONALD
President and Chief Executive Officer
Enron Global Assets

Rebecca A. McDonald is president and chief executive officer of Enron Global Assets, responsible for all of Enron's global energy asset portfolio, excluding North America and Europe. Operations include numerous power plants, pipelines, gas and electricity distribution centers, and LPG/LNG facilities throughout Asia, Africa, the Caribbean Basin and South America. She is also a member of Enron's Executive Committee.

Ms. McDonald joined Enron in 1999 as executive managing director. In July 1999 she took the position of chairman and chief executive officer, Enron Asia Pacific/Africa/China LLC, where she was responsible for asset development and operations.

Prior to joining Enron, Ms. McDonald served as president and chief executive officer of Amoco Energy Development Company and was responsible for developing equity interests in international exploration and production operations. In addition, she led the company's participation in and expansion of international commercial transactions, privatizations and capitalizations.

During her six-year tenure at Amoco, Ms. McDonald oversaw the creation and completion of more than $10 billion of projects worldwide. Additionally, she was responsible for establishing Amoco's North American trading operations.

Prior to joining Amoco, Ms. McDonald served as president of Tenneco Energy Services from 1991 to 1993, and was vice president for strategic planning for Tenneco Gas Company from 1990 to 1991. From 1981 to 1990 she held various management positions with Panhandle Trading Company, Panhandle Eastern Pipeline, and Trunkline Gas.

Active in many professional organizations, Ms. McDonald currently serves on the board of the US-ASEAN Business Council and is a member of the advisory board of the Natural Gas Association of Houston. She served as the 1998 chairman of the Natural Gas Supply Association, and was a founding member of the Mercosur Council. She also serves as an outside director for Granite Construction Company in California and Eagle Global Logistics in Houston, Texas.

Mrs. McDonald holds a bachelor's of science degree from Stephen F. Austin University.
