Sunshine Kids

The Sunshine Kids Foundation began in Houston in 1982 as a
non-profit organization designed to provide positive group
activities and emotional support for children who are
diagnosed with cancer. The foundation, assisted by
volunteers, provides a variety of sports and cultural
activities, free of charge, for children who are receiving
cancer treatments in hospitals across the United States.
Each year, Enron sponsors two programs with the Sunshine
Kids—Spring Fling and Sunshine Kids Fall
Getaway. Enron volunteers also participate in special projects
throughout the year.
