Enron Transportation Services (ETS) encompasses Enron's pipeline group and
transportation services. With approximately 25,000 miles of interstate and intrastate
pipeline, ETS operates one of the country's largest natural gas transmission systems and
transports 15 percent of all natural gas consumed in the United States. ETS comprises
one of the nation's largest natural gas pipeline systems in terms of throughput and
