ENRON CAPITAL TRUST I AND ENRON CAPITAL TRUST II ANNOUNCE DIVIDENDS ON TRUST PREFERRED SECURITIES
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Wednesday, December 17, 1997
HOUSTON -- Enron Capital Trust I, a Delaware statutory business trust, announced today the declaration of its quarterly dividend of $.51875 on the Enron Capital Trust I 8.30 percent Trust Originated Preferred Securities, payable December 31, 1997 to holders of record as of December 30, 1997. The annual dividend is equivalent to $2.075 per preferred security.
Enron Capital Trust II, a Delaware statutory business trust, announced today the declaration of its quarterly dividend of $.5078 on the Enron Capital Trust II 8.125 percent Trust Originated Preferred Securities, payable December 31, 1997 to holders of record as of December 30, 1997. The annual dividend is equivalent to $2.03125 per preferred security.
