ENRON GLOBAL POWER & PIPELINES L.L.C. ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER DIVIDEND
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Wednesday, May 14, 1997
HOUSTON -- The Board of Directors of Enron Global Power & Pipelines L.L.C. (Ticker symbol: EPP) today declared a second quarter dividend of $0.25 per share, payable June 16, 1997 to shareholders of record May 30, 1997. The indicated annual rate is $1.00 per share.
EPP's assets consist of interests in two power plants in the Philippines, power plants in Guatemala and the Dominican Republic and natural gas pipeline systems in Argentina and Colombia.
Enron Global Power & Pipelines, majority owned by Enron, is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol, "EPP."
