ENRON CAPITAL LLC AND ENRON CAPITAL RESOURCES, L.P. ANNOUNCE DIVIDENDS ON CUMULATIVE PREFERRED SECURITIES
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Tuesday, June 17, 1997
HOUSTON -- Enron Capital LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Enron Corp., announced today the declaration of its monthly dividend of $0.166667 on the Enron Capital LLC 8% Cumulative Guaranteed Monthly Income Preferred Shares for the month of June, payable June 30, 1997 to stockholders of record as of June 27, 1997. The annual dividend rate is $2.00.
Enron Capital Resources, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership in which Enron Corp. is the sole general partner, announced today the declaration of its monthly dividend of $0.1875 on the Enron Capital Resources, L.P. 9% Cumulative Preferred Securities, Series A, for the month of June, payable June 30, 1997 to holders of record as of June 27, 1997. The annual dividend rate is $2.25.
