LONDON - Enron Corp., announced today that Paul Chivers has joined Enron Europe Limited as vice president, finance and treasury. He will be responsible for the company's European corporate finance activities including structured and project finance, funding, treasury activities and capital pricing.
Chivers has more than 10 years international corporate finance and investment banking experience in the energy sector, having worked in Europe, North America and Australia . He previously served for six years as managing director of energy and infrastructure at Canadian investment bank CIBC Wood Gundy in London.
