ENRON CORP. ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT PROMOTIONS

HOUSTON - Enron Corp. today announced that Andrew Fastow has been named chief financial officer of Enron Corp., and Thomas White has been named vice chairman of Enron Energy Services (EES).
Fastow, formerly senior vice president of Finance, will oversee finance activities including treasury and corporate finance, portfolio management and capital risk management.
As vice chairman of EES, White will help manage the overall EES business and focus on building that company's energy services segment. In addition, White will continue to serve as chairman and CEO of Enron Renewable Energy Corp., which will move to EES.
