ENRON SIGNS AGREEMENTS WITH ETERNITV AND IPIX
TO ENHANCE THE DELIVERY OF RICH MEDIA CONTENT

HOUSTON -- Enron Broadband Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Enron Corp. (NYSE: ENE), announced today agreements to deliver broadband content for eterniTV and Internet Pictures Corporation (“iPIX”).
eterniTV and iPIX will use the Enron Intelligent Network to distribute their unique content offerings, including business-to-business application and video services and interactive video content. The Enron Intelligent Network is designed to provide the scalability necessary to deliver secure, high-bandwidth content to a large population of simultaneous users. Enron’s broadband delivery platform includes a distributed server architecture, software intelligence, and network monitoring and control.
eterniTV is a leading business-to-business video service, providing high quality streaming content to e-business web sites, in the form of Snapshorts – short videos which can be easily added to websites. eterniTV creates Snapshorts on hundreds of topics covering around twenty different broad themes (such as travel, home improvement, financial services, sports, automotive etc) from programs originally made for television by eterniTV's content partners – leading broadcasters and producers from all over the world. eterniTV's turnkey service adds focused,high quality video to clients' web sites, enabling almost any web site to benefit from the value of relevant streaming video.
