ENRON ANNOUNCES DIVIDENDS
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Thursday, August 24, 2000
HOUSTON -- The Enron Corp. Board of Directors declared today a regular quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share on the corporation’s common stock payable on Sept. 20, 2000 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 8, 2000. The indicated annual rate is $0.50 per share.
The Board also declared a regular quarterly dividend of $3.413 on the Cumulative Second Preferred Convertible Stock payable Oct. 2, 2000 to shareholders of record as of Sept 15, 2000. The indicated annual rate is $13.652 per share.
