EOTT ENERGY PARTNERS, L.P. BOARD ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT ELECTION
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Friday, September 15, 2000
HOUSTON -- The EOTT Energy Partners, L.P. (EOTT) Board of Directors announced today that Lawrence Clayton, Jr. has been elected senior vice president and chief financial officer for EOTT Energy Corp.
Prior to joining EOTT, Clayton served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for Aquila Energy Corporation in Kansas City, Mo., in addition to other positions held within the energy industry. Clayton, a certified public accountant, holds a bachelor’s degree in managerial studies and economics and a master’s degree in accounting from Rice University.
EOTT Energy Partners, L.P. is a major independent marketer of crude oil in the United States and Canada. Together with its predecessors, the Partnership has been serving the petroleum industry since 1946.
