Enron employees around the world make positive impacts on
the lives of people in the communities where they live and
work by giving their time as volunteers.
The Volunteer Incentive Program (VIP), designed to
foster the spirit of volunteerism, rewards qualified
non-profit organizations with grants up to $500 based
on an employee's volunteer service. This is Enron's
way of helping employees give even more back to their communities.
An employee may apply for and receive grants for more
than one organization. However, a non-profit organization
may not receive more than $500 per year from any one employee.
VIP contributions to an organization are limited to
$2,500 per year, regardless of the number of active
employees who submit requests.
